Refund Policy

Website and outreach packages are paid against a written scope. If we have not started the work, we refund the payment in full.

If work has started, we refund the unused part of the fee after deducting work already done, at the same rates as in the agreed package.

Monthly support can be cancelled at any time. You are not charged for the next month.
